On February 28, the ICANN Board will sit down for a two-day meeting with the Governmental Advisory Committee (GAC) in Brussels, during which the two groups will discuss the GAC’s recommendations regarding the new gTLD program.  I will be attending the meeting as an observer on behalf of CADNA, and I will share my impressions of and reflections on the meeting after it wraps up.  We hope that the Board will be receptive to the GAC’s advice and will take them into adequate consideration when moving forward with developing policy around new gTLDs.
