Know Your Net: Preparing for an Expanded Internet

On September 18, 2013 CADNA launched their Know Your Net gTLD public awareness campaign to teach businesses, Internet users, and policymakers about the impact of cybersquatting and how to safely navigate the new Internet space.

On October 2, 2010 we held an Online Brand Abuse and Internet Governance Forum where attendees heard from experts in digital marketing, trademark law and cybersecurity who discussed the gamut of issues surrounding the promotion and protection of brands online.


Mitigating Online Threats to Brands

On January 29, 2010 we held a policy forum that brought together global brand owners, academics, and government representatives to discuss and examine the far-reaching Internet proposals that may impact businesses. The keynote speaker was Utah State Senate Transportation and Public Utilities and Technology Committee Chair Stephen Urquhart (R-UT 29th District)

On July 24, 2009 CADNA and Nike hosted a roundtable to discuss how brands can proactively and reactively curb online infringement; specifically cybersquatting and the rise of new gTLDs.
